Who is behind the name
Recica Solutions is a sole proprietorship, not a company with departments and layers in between. The owner is Donat Recica, working alongside him is Besnik Shabani as co-founder.
For you that means: whoever sits at the table in the first conversation also writes the code and answers your questions once the system is running. Nothing is handed on to a project team that knows your case only from a ticket.
Why we work from here
Our office is on Zollstrasse in Neuhausen am Rheinfall. When meeting in person beats a video call - at the first workshop, say, or at handover - we come to you. Nearby that works at short notice; further afield we plan it in early.
There is a practical side to it too: we build for Swiss conditions. Swiss labour law, the revised data protection act (revDSG), hosting in Switzerland or the EU - these are things we plan for from the start, not once someone asks.

A workshop at the start
We begin with a conversation about how you work, not about technology. We only talk about building once it is clear what the solution actually has to do.
A written fixed-price offer
Scope and price are set out in writing before the work begins. If something is added along the way, we discuss it openly - rather than quietly putting it on the invoice.
Progress every two weeks
Every two weeks you see where things stand. That way you notice early if something was meant differently, instead of at handover.
Support after go-live
Go-live is not the end of it. We stay reachable - for questions, adjustments and day-to-day operation.

What we are not
Being honest means saying the other half as well. These four points are better said beforehand than afterwards.
- We are not an agency with dozens of people. If your project needs ten specialist roles at once, we are not the right fit - and we will say so early rather than attempt it.
- We will not sell you technology you do not need. Sometimes the right answer is an existing tool rather than something built from scratch.
- We will not name a figure before we understand your project. A price without a basis helps nobody and rarely holds.
- We do not promise anything that depends on third parties - a fixed position on Google, for instance. We tell you what we can influence and what we cannot.
We build our own products too
Alongside client work we develop three applications of our own: Worq for time tracking under Swiss labour law, Aurenote for AI-assisted meetings and Stealth AI for Windows.
That is more than a side project. Running your own software over a longer period makes you feel every shortcut yourself - every messy data structure, every dependency that breaks at the next update. That experience ends up in your project: we build it the way we would build it for ourselves.
