We process personal data only as far as necessary to operate our website and provide our services, or where you have consented.

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, company if given, email, phone, subject and message) in order to handle your request.

Processing is carried out to initiate or perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For Switzerland, the nDSG applies accordingly.

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records access data in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type and operating system). This data is used for secure operation and error analysis and is not merged with other data.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). Data may be processed on servers in the USA. The transfer is based on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

We deliver form messages to us via the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) acting as a processor. The data you enter in the form is transmitted for this purpose. Appropriate safeguards for the transfer to the USA apply here as well.

If you book an appointment via our website, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone, request and the chosen time slot) in order to organise and hold the appointment.

For this we use Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, Dublin, Ireland; parent company: Microsoft Corporation, USA) as a processor: the appointment is created in our Outlook calendar and you receive a calendar invitation, including a Microsoft Teams link for online appointments. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; it is based on appropriate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Confirmation and management emails are sent via Resend (see above). Your personal management link (reschedule or cancel) is valid for 90 days. Appointment data is retained as part of ordinary business correspondence.

On the contact page we embed a map by Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The map only loads after you activate it by clicking ("Load Google Maps"). Only then is data (including your IP address) transmitted to Google and Google may set cookies; without your click, no data flows to Google.

Our AI assistant processes your chat input to answer your questions. To do so, the messages are sent to our AI service provider (Groq, a Llama model). We do not store the conversation permanently on our servers; it stays only locally in your browser (session) and is deleted when you close the tab. Please do not enter sensitive data into the chat.

Exception: if you leave your contact details in the chat ("leave your details"), your chat history so far is emailed to us together with your details so we can understand your request.

We do not use tracking or analytics cookies or any advertising tools. Only your selected language is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) as technically necessary; this information does not leave your device.

We keep contact requests until your request has been fully handled and then for a maximum of 12 months; after that they are deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the right at any time to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC/EDÖB), in the EU the data protection authority responsible for you.

The website is delivered encrypted via HTTPS (TLS) to protect the data transmitted.
