Shops that sell - from the first click to checkout

A shop is not a catalogue with a buy button, it is a sales process: find, compare, trust, pay. We build shops where that path is short and nothing gets in the way - and where the back end fits your stock, your bookkeeping and your shipping.

The platform follows your product range

Shopify, WooCommerce or a fully custom build - we do not decide that up front, we decide it from your range. A handful of clearly defined products runs fast and low-maintenance on Shopify. A range with many variants, tiered pricing or configurators is often cheaper to run on WooCommerce or a custom solution, because you are not buying every feature as another monthly app.

In the first consultation we tell you honestly which route suits you, including the running costs attached to it. A platform that boxes you in two years from now is not a cheap start.

Payment the way your customers expect it

TWINT is one of the payment methods many people in Switzerland take for granted - if it is missing at checkout, it can cost you orders. We wire up TWINT, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, PayPal and, on request, purchase on invoice, depending on whether you sell to consumers or to businesses.

Payments run through established providers and card details never touch your server. We set up test payments, refunds and the handover to your bookkeeping so that nothing has to be re-entered by hand in day-to-day work.

Shipping, stock and tax without double work

A shop where you retype every order by hand quickly eats the margin it brings in. We connect the shop to your shipping - labels and tracking for postal and courier services - and to your inventory or accounting system, so stock levels, invoices and payments come together automatically.

That includes the unglamorous parts that hurt later: correct VAT rates, prices shown with or without tax depending on your audience, shipping zones, and what happens with customs and import tax when you sell into the EU. We settle that before launch, not at the first complaint. If you sit in the canton of Schaffhausen as we do, the German border is on your doorstep - orders from across it are quickly more than an edge case.

Checkout is where revenue leaks away

Baskets are often abandoned because of friction rather than price: forced registration, surprise shipping costs, too many fields, no suitable payment method. We keep the checkout short, show shipping costs early, allow guest orders and make it work properly on a phone - plenty of orders now start on one.

Before that, the product page decides: good images, understandable variants, honest delivery information and structured data so price and availability show up cleanly in Google search. After launch we go through the numbers with you and improve the points where people actually drop out.

Frequently asked questions

Shopify or WooCommerce - which is better for me?

It depends on your range and on how much you want to handle yourself. Shopify is quick to launch and low-maintenance, but costs a monthly fee plus extras per feature. WooCommerce gives you more freedom with variants, pricing logic and integrations, while updates and hosting are on you - which we take over on request. We recommend a direction in the first consultation and explain why.

Can I offer TWINT in my online shop?

Yes. TWINT can be added to every system we work with, usually through your payment provider. It is almost always worth it if you sell to consumers locally - many of them now expect it at checkout.

What does an online shop cost?

A shop with a manageable range and standard payment methods is a very different thing from one with a configurator, customer logins and an ERP connection. After the free first consultation you get a written fixed-price quote. Note that running costs come on top: hosting or platform fees, your payment provider transaction fees and, depending on the system, individual apps.

I have hundreds of products - do I have to enter them all by hand?

No. If your products exist in a spreadsheet, a point-of-sale system or an old shop, we import them including variants, prices and images. What we need from you is clean product data - and we can help with images and descriptions if you want.

Can you take over or migrate my existing shop?

Yes. We look at the current state and tell you honestly whether a rework or a migration makes more sense. For a migration we pay particular attention to redirecting the old product URLs so you do not lose your Google rankings, and to carrying over customer and order data.
