Every vehicle with its history
In short: Found in seconds - by name, phone or licence plate.
Vehicle data, mileage and repair history sit with the vehicle, with the quotes and invoices right next to them. When you enter a customer, Werkpult points out possible duplicates.
You can take the last document as a template. And if you have been working with other software, existing customer data can be taken over.
From quote to invoice
In short: Items from the catalogue - VAT and rounding to 5 centimes come out right on their own.
Free items, text lines and small parts go in wherever they are needed. One click turns the quote into the invoice.
The invoice goes out as a PDF with the Swiss QR payment part, by email straight to the customer - in German, French, Italian or English, in your customer’s language.
Payments and reminders under control
In short: See at any time what is still open.
Every invoice carries the Swiss QR payment part and is checked before it goes out. You record payments directly, partial payments included; a cancellation gets its own document.
Overdue invoices get reminders in stages, each with a QR payment part for the amount still open. Documents are archived tamper-proof.

What is Werkpult?
Workshop software for Swiss garages. It manages customers and vehicles, creates quotes and invoices with a QR bill, records payments and produces reminders - in the browser, with nothing to install.
Does Werkpult create QR bills with VAT?
Yes. Every invoice contains the Swiss QR payment part with the reference your bank requires, and is checked before it goes out. Werkpult works out VAT rates and the rounding to 5 centimes automatically.
Which devices does Werkpult run on?
In the browser on PC, Mac, tablet and phone - in the office and in the workshop, in light or dark mode. No installation needed.
Where is the data?
On servers in Germany, so in the EU. Every garage is cleanly separated from the others, and there are regular backups. Data is processed under the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).
Can I take over existing customer data?
Yes, that is possible. Tell us what you work with today and we will sort out the takeover with you. We are happy to show you Werkpult in person - at your garage or online.
