A time tracking tool is only as good as the discipline with which it is used every day. If recording an entry takes three clicks, a dropdown and a confirmation, people skip it and reconstruct the month from memory at the end. Worq cuts the daily action down to the minimum: one click to clock in, one click to clock out.
Worq is built mobile-first as a PWA. Your people open it in the browser on their phone and add it to the home screen like an app - no app store install, no rollout on every single device. On site, in the field or at a desk, it is the same routine.

The live dashboard puts target and actual side by side - per employee and, depending on the role, for the whole team. You see overtime or undertime building up during the month instead of discovering it at payroll. Smart break management keeps breaks in the record, so the hours shown are the hours actually worked.
For documentation there is the monthly report as a PDF - per person, in one click. That is the document you put on the table during an inspection, when accounting asks a question, or when overtime is being discussed. It is built from hours captured as they happen, not reconstructed at month end - that is the difference between a record and an estimate.
One team, clear roles, nothing to install
Worq runs as a cloud solution: you create your team, assign the roles and can start clocking. When someone joins later, you add the person in team management - there is no further setup, because Worq runs in the browser as a PWA.
Roles control who sees what: staff record their own hours, managers see their team and pull the monthly reports from it. For the month-end close that means the numbers are already there - all that is left is exporting the PDF.

Is Worq compliant with Swiss labour law?
Yes. Worq is built so that the recording and documentation of working time meets the requirements of Swiss labour law (ArG). Hours are captured as they happen and can be exported per person and month as a PDF. What applies specifically in your company also depends on your collective agreement and internal rules - we go through that with you.
Do my employees have to install an app?
No. Worq is a PWA and runs in the browser. On a phone it can be added to the home screen and then behaves like an app. No app store account and no rollout to every device is required.
How are breaks recorded?
Through smart break management: breaks are kept in the record as they happen instead of being deducted by hand at the end of the month. The hours shown are therefore the hours actually worked, and nobody has to recalculate at closing.
How do I get the records for payroll or accounting?
Through the monthly report: pick a person and a month and get the PDF in one click. On top of that, the live dashboard shows the target/actual comparison continuously, so overtime and undertime do not surface only at closing.
